I’m Ben, the founder of Fitlab Studio in Lichfield.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and I created Fitlab to offer something different a place where people feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for.

I started this journey after seeing too many clients struggle in big, impersonal gyms. They needed expert guidance and an environment where they could train safely and confidently. That became my mission: to help people build strength and resilience that lasts a lifetime.
